4:45 - 5:45 p.m. Gentle Yoga

6:00 - 7:15 p.m. Yin/Yang.  

Thursday, January 8 - Feb 19, 2026 

10:00 - 11:15 a.m. Open Yoga  ( Friendship Park location)
